A MENTAL SKILLS PROJECT
Practice the mind you want to rely on.
Psync is a guided educational tool for practising imagery, constructive self-talk and responding to pressure — one short exercise at a time.
Public access coming soon

FROM KNOWLEDGE TO PRACTICE
Why Psync was created
Psync grew from a practical gap: understanding a useful mental skill is not the same as being able to use it when it matters. Knowing that imagery, helpful self-talk or clearer preparation can help is different from practising those skills consistently.
Psync turns these concepts into short, structured exercises, bringing together perspectives from neuroscience, psychology and practical product design.
The exercises are informed by sport psychology and designed for education and practice — not as therapy, diagnosis or crisis support.
CHOOSE A PRACTICE
Small exercises for real situations
Imagery
Build a clear mental rehearsal of a meaningful future situation, adding relevant sensations, emotions and details.
Inner Voice
Notice how you speak to yourself and shape a short, useful response that is easier to access under pressure.

Anxiety & pressure
Separate what a situation demands from the resources available to you, then prepare a manageable next response.
